Most El Paso med spas have a website that doesn't match the quality of their services.
- —
A generic template site signals generic results.
Your services are premium. A Wix or Squarespace template site immediately undercuts that positioning. Med spa clients judge quality before they even read a word — the visual experience of your site is your first treatment.
- —
No online booking = lost impulse conversions.
Med spa clients often decide to book after seeing a before/after or reading about a treatment. If they can't book right then, most won't call — they'll find a competitor who makes it easy.
- —
No bilingual content in a majority-Hispanic city.
El Paso is 80% Hispanic. Med spa services are aspiration-driven. Spanish-language content reaches a significant buyer segment that most competitors completely ignore.

Compliance
The honest version of what applies to a med spa site.
The ADA applies. Section 504 probably doesn't.
Most med spas are cash-pay, so the May 2027 federal deadline aimed at Medicaid providers likely doesn't reach you Source: HHS, 91 FR 25496. The ADA does — and it's the one that actually generates demand letters. Plenty of people will try to sell you the deadline anyway.
Verified, not asserted.
Every site I build is verified against WCAG 2.1 AA — axe-core on every page at three screen sizes, contrast computed by hand including hover states. Most agencies never check. Some check wrong.
Before-and-after photos need written authorization.
Client images are the most valuable content on a med spa site and the easiest to get wrong. Get signed authorization covering website and social use specifically — a general intake form usually isn't enough.
Treatment claims age badly.
Results language and anything that reads as a medical promise is where aesthetic practices attract trouble. I'll flag copy that overreaches rather than write whatever converts best.
I build to the standard and show you the measurements. I'm not a lawyer and I don't certify legal compliance.
Questions med spas ask.
Can the site show my full treatment menu with descriptions?
Yes — a services/treatments page with descriptions, what to expect, and pricing where applicable. Med spa clients research extensively before booking. A thorough, well-organized treatment menu reduces the pre-booking friction significantly.
Can clients book consultations or appointments online?
Yes. We integrate your existing booking system (Jane App, Mindbody, Vagaro, Acuity, or a custom form). Online booking is non-negotiable for med spas — your clients expect it.
Can you make the site feel luxurious without being slow?
Yes — that's exactly the balance we build for. Every site scores 90–100 on Google PageSpeed. A fast, beautiful site isn't a tradeoff. It's the standard.
Can you do bilingual content for El Paso's market?
Yes. Spanish-language service pages or a full bilingual experience. El Paso's Hispanic market represents a significant portion of med spa clientele and most competitors have zero Spanish content.
